Welcome to our Shipping Policy. At Ngon Munchies, we aim to deliver your favourite snacks quickly, safely, and with full transparency.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order and payment are confirmed.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and seasonal volume.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries for our snack products, including our 6 oz items.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and carrier

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by your local customs office

International orders may experience delays due to customs inspection or local carrier handling.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total order weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

  • Delivery destination

Any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed where required before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet all estimated delivery times, but delays can sometimes happen due to:

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, some delays may be outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Refused delivery

  • Uncollected packages returned to sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship it once additional shipping costs are paid.
